This 55+ complex has undergone major change. Meridian is now assisted living only and has split Aventine into Independent living. Aventine has gone from full service(meals, maids, activities, trash pickup) to NO service. They won't even accept packages in the office! During pandemic and holidays this is a major problem. Soon delivery companies will refuse to deliver to this address leaving aging residents to endanger themselves. Find someplace else to live - this one is going downhill fast!
I am a 4 year resident and Most of the review from Renee Bartcher is true. It has really gone down since I moved here is 2016. I do like my apartment but as far as the food goes, when I posted photos of it on my fb page several of my friends get worried and think that I am in the hospital when they see it. I do not say where the food is from when I post it but several of my friends used to live here. The level of communication is pathetic. It is usually done by leaving notes in the doors .
