Good apartment complex and great service very friendly
Ms Gloria was absolutely amazing throughout my entire experience with leasing. I had a million questions and she had a million answers for me, all while maintaining professionalism, patience, and grace. She definitely cares about the renters experience first and foremost.
They gave me a cat, which was nice. And the apartment was okay. I did like living here, but there were so many maintenance issues and the workers were not great. One guy came to unplug my toilet and let the snake drip poop all over my bathroom—he rinsed it out in the tub! Disgusting! I told management and got a simple “oh that’s a bummer”. My biggest issue though is that I was specifically told that my deposit would cover move out fees and was charged anyway, and have now been sent to collections because nobody at the office... read more
