Don't waste your money here. They don't care about you or the state of your apartment. It takes forever for them to fill maintenance requests unless you constantly hound them about it. Then, its only half fixed and they never finish. They lose rent checks and then threaten to evict you. (this happened to me and my best friend.) They also try to cheat you out of your deposit return once you move out. I lived there for two years and would not recommend it to anyone.
Mimi and Jay have been phenomenal every step of the way. I look forward to coming to Meridian At Hermitage.
