I can highly recommend Meridiam Courthouse. Personally I am very comfortable in this condo. It has great gardens and facilities. Whenever I have needed something fixed in my apartment, it has been done well and quickly. In the surroundings there is everything you could need, including many leisure options. In short, it is a very good place to live.
I love living at Meridian courthouse - I usually move every year. This is the first place I’ve stayed at for 2 years and no plans on leaving!
Very peaceful place to live! The accessibility to different services and places are excellent (metro stations, different bus routes, restaurants, etc.). The staff is always willing to help you!
My family is new to the area and after living 15 years overseas, we were worried of location, quality of life, etc being so close to DC. Well, thanks to Meridian and the comforts it offers, our family with teens and a pup is thriving! For us adults, the fun begins with ample areas to hang out by the fire with a glass of wine on nice days out, or hang out in the lounge area with a gorgeous view over DC while we play pool or just work on telework. I wish I could not give that star, but I had no choice so I can do this. There is no one at the front desk as the caregivers come in to assist with the client. There is no way to access the building to access the client there is no visitor parking pass for caregivers or for anyone that work for a client in the building. The concierge is really rude not just in this building but in the other Meridian on Scott Street their disrespectful the apartments is nice but I don’t live here so I don’t know.
