I moved into Meridian apartments a few months ago and have had a great experience. They had great move in deals. The building is also nice and has great views from the top floor. My sun room looks out over Arlington! I’d definitely recommend this place to others
I highly recommend Meridian apartments to anyone looking to move to Arlington. The building is modern and is kept in great condition. The office staff is very friendly and made it feel like home from day one! They are also very dog friendly and always have a tray of treats out in the lobby. My dog also gives two paws up!
don't live on the ground floor! my partner and I live on the first floor and someone has been leaving dog poop for days right in front of our window at ground level. we requested that something be done about this and were told by the assistant property manager Haley Doan this is out of their purview because it's "outside of the property." Very glad we're breaking our lease.
Living at Meridian at Courthouse Commons has been a great and marvelous experience. It’s a quite and safe place, with activities to share with neighbors, and the most important: the team always responds to requests quickly.
We moved out of the apartment with everything cleaned up and returned to original conditions. The maintenance team came in and made a mess, for which we were later charged. Upon dispute that charge was sent to collections directly. We have contacted multiple times with no avail.
