The concierge Lisa is Awesome! She has a great attitude and very helpful!
I’ve lived here for over four years. The bad: I’ve had several issues with bugs entering my apartment - most recently, wasps! Last year, I was told pest control wasn’t coming for three weeks and offered no other help. I asked for someone to come check my windows and look for a source. Maintenance came and barely looked. The Pros: Maintenance staff is very responsive and professional. Front desk concierge staff are helpful and polite. Location by the Metro is great. Amenities such as the pool, courtyard, and gym are decent. The Cons: Hallways have paper thin walls, you can hear everything. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of tenant loyalty from management. The rent is already very high and they’ll keep increasing it at a high rate rather than offer reasonable increases to keep good long term tenants.
