Horrible, terrible, awful I moved to Sacramento sight unseen for a job, I was delighted at the low cost of living. The Meridian Sh*thole is a perfect example that you get what you pay for. The only upside to this place is that it is indeed cheap. It is located in a horribly ghetto area, constant police presence and there always seems to be some sort of 'incident', hookers selling themselves right outside the gate, thugs offering to sell you drugs when you step out of your car, check your mail, or walk your dog.
