If you’re looking for a fresh start or a new beginning Merdian Apartments is the place. I’m going on 2 Years. The insides of the apartment are spacious, the bedrooms have vanity light type fixture The landlord Ms. Kortany is so polite, welcoming and understanding🤗 She ensure the property is safe by having surveillance that she checked regularly and the 24 hour matience is amazing lol.
Nice decent place to live. Quiet , no one bothers you. Close to places you want to go. Close to work. The manager is nice ,just communicate. Maintenance are nice and things are fixed and repaired as reported. A few bugs , but that's every where you go. They spray once a month. Neighbors are nice and friendly.. I would live there again. Rent is reasonable. Thankyou. Mike Elder.
Roach infested.. its disgusting , nosey staff\ neighbors. Wish we picked somewhere else. Management, is sneaky, RUDE and will screw you off !! DO NOT MOVE HERE.
