I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Crappy building, over priced, & the rude, always changing office staff don't know how to abide by TEXAS RENTER RIGHTS laws. Signing a lease for this place is basically the same as signing up to get screwed over. DON'T DO IT!
This place is a rip off lost our pet deposit, the staff are rude and the place is run down. 90% of the complex is dark at night so I don't feel safe walking around at night.
They took my whole 300 dollar deposit and they made up the charges. I would have put 0 stars if that was possible. I was always a good tenant payed my rent on time never complained. I moved out a month earlier than I was supposed to and I still payed for December, but they charged me for excess cleaning. I didn't even use their microwave and they charged me for appliance cleaning, cleaning, and carpet cleaning. I have worked at an apartment complex and I know this is way too much.
