Friendly service and a very quiet comfortable atmosphere.
I started ketamine treatment on October 22, 2024. The day after my first dose, I experienced what we now know were mild symptoms of serotonin syndrome. Unfortunately, I was not informed about the symptoms to watch for, nor was I advised to adjust or pause any of the three other medications I was already taking that also increase serotonin levels. I was very unsatisfied with my kiddos experience with MAP in Twin Falls. We got there early for our first visit and had all paperwork complete prior to showing up, and we weren’t even taken back until 45 mins after our scheduled appt time. Once we were taken back to see the provider I felt very disrespected as a parent with the wording of some of the questions almost as he was trying to blame things on me. We received compassionate care and got the help we needed with medication. Our provider listened and it was evident he truly cared. If you're trying to reach the receptionist and you're on hold awhile, try texting their main number.
