Anderson location is In bad shape. I was with MCCHC before it was taken over by Meridian. I have never experienced what I have with the doctors and operations at this location. New doctor everyday, don't take the time to listen about health concerns,talk over you, disrespectful rude, don't answer phones. The receptionist is fabulous and all the nurses. Please do better. It's been a mess and operations over there might be your problem.
Love the whole staff at my doctor's office. The "Nurses" & "Nurse Practitioners" as well as those who run the "Front Desk" all have always been friendly and courteously.
It would be 5 stars because of miss Angie Pitts and how much she does for that health center. Long story short, I am wrongfully being charged for services that the help desk lady said I wouldn’t be charged for. She was/is extremely rude. For example, Mrs. Pitts was helping me with a payment plan so we went to get the paperwork from the front desk (same lady that screwed me over), under her breathe while Mrs. Pitts went in the back, started talking bad about Mrs. Pitts, IN FRONT OF PATIENTS!!
