I would give this insurance zero stars if I could. They will not update my daughters address which she has not lived at in 6 years to the new address, even though we have called and been told multiple times that they have updated it. We have sent releases to them so that I can talk to them, they have even called me twice to say they received the releases, and the next time I call, they won't talk to me, they say that there is no release. Meridian customer service is by far the worst the representatives are rude unprofessional and a total flop. My SafeRide transportation company is also the Transportation Company from Hell. They hang up they refuse rides that your eligible for they are the foulest group of people Ive ever encountered as telephone representatives this is by far totally unacceptable and the escalation department and Veronica Miriam and about 3 others need to removed from this service. This company is terrible. I order there Visa card last year im Dec, they know at the end of the year they was kicking everyone off. Had the nerve to still send a card that just came 2 days ago, that I can use. What type of crap is that, took over a month, and send a email saying it be here before Christmas.
If I could give Meridian zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues since switching to this insurance and I thought Molina was the worst
