This company is terrible. I order there Visa card last year im Dec, they know at the end of the year they was kicking everyone off. Had the nerve to still send a card that just came 2 days ago, that I can use. What type of crap is that, took over a month, and send a email saying it be here before Christmas.
If I could give Meridian zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues since switching to this insurance and I thought Molina was the worst
Terrible company to work with! They need some serious coaching in their call center. I said my name several times and they still said it wrong. When I tried to get information to see if my provider was in network, the terribly rude supervisor (that kept saying my name wrong) wanted to argue. She did not know a LPC (licensed practical counselor) is not a doctor. She wanted to argue and argue. I didn’t need her insults or drama so I hung up. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.
