DO NOT MOVE HERE! My Car was towed from a Disabled Parking spot within the complex that is a marked disabled spot on 07/28/2024. My plaguard was displayed on my rear view mirror. They assigned this disabled spot to a persons that does not have disabled accommodations. I was parked there legally. Legally they cannot assign disabled parking spots to anyone, they are first come, first serve. So, on top of paying exuberant amounts for a 1 bed apt, their mistake cost me almost $400.00. I have lived there for two and a half years and then they had a big fire and they added the cost to my electrical bill my electrical bill my electrical bill went from $55 to $200 in one month I'm going to see what my opinion are i need to get out of here
I do not understand how they get away with lying about the parking being gate controlled. The gates have never worked. Management frequently provides excuses about why it’s broken, but other gated communities manage to maintain their systems. Parking costs $50 they need to lower parking cost or fix the gate-simple.
Mikaella and Peter are so helpful and kind. They really put in the extra work and are so supportive to the residents. It's mostly quiet, clean, and conveniently located. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. Appreciate all the hard work everyone puts in to keep the property running smoothly.
Poor management, they show the least interest in the customer when I visited. Clark was the manager at the time and didn't give a damn about the customers
