If you like sleeping and quietness this isn't the place for you. The traffic, honking, the paper thing walls and loud neighbors... Belive me, you won't sleep well. But it's a nice clean pretty apartment. Always kept up and always nice people in the office. The only downfall is traffic and noise.
This apartment are a mess the management is horrible Mary is the worst, Mike the owner is horrible, Devin Tries he is pretty young but the place is coming apart the garage door is always broke, packages get lost, they always make a mistake with the rent worst I canât wait for my lease to be over
Wonderful apartment building, great staff and management. Building common areas are generally very clean and very well maintained. Parking rates are similar to other complexes, although free parking is available two blocks away. Nice amenities such as laundry room and gym. My only complaint is that not all other tenants have manners when it comes to picking up after themselves in the laundry area, as well as with their pet waste, but that happens everywhere.
