If you are looking for luxury, keep looking.... The place was a nice place to live until Michelle Smith became the property manager. So many people have moved out since. On the day I was moving out, 3 others were moving out as well. We all had the same issue, the property manager and the regional manager and their shenanigans. Michelle makes up her own rules and expects you to go along with them. If you try to correct her, it’s an all out personal vendetta against you. There is no way these reviews are real. This place is terrible. Management is unaware of problems and walks in circles trying to fix things. Gene is the only saving grace the staff has. Iâm glad Iâm gone. Overpriced for what you get. Everything looks nice but is made of cheap materials.
I am so pleased @ this Vibrant & Beautiful building. A place I can finally call Home!! The staff is Awesome, esp Darren heâs always attentive/professional & gets the job done in a timely manner! I will be recommending this building to family & friends. Great Job Meridia.
