This office has gone completely down hill the past year! Takes days to get an appointment front end staff is rude. Does not answer questions than when asked to speak to someone else I was told no she was helping me. So I asked again to speak to manger and yes at that point I was rude and was hung up on.

This office is TERRIBLE! Most of the nurses and doctors are NOT kid friendly. I finally had to change offices becasue I couldn't take it anymore. They don't explain anything nor do they ever try to make my child feel safe and comfortable. Their rude, disorganized, the receptionist has lied to us numerous times and has been caught in said lies. It’s quite sad that the office for the Guardinos has terrible office staff. You get spoken to very rudely and when they do something incorrectly they put the blame on you. They cancelled my appointment without telling me and claimed they called but I never received a voicemail. I was told they sent me a message on the patient portal but I was told not to use the patient portal because it is unreliable. I was told me blood results would be mailed to me that I was supposed to be going over at my appointment today - I guess the... read more

Keeps on cancelling appointments without patients approval. 3rd appointment cancelled. Office staff gives 'fake' appointment. Do not trust this people.
It would be nice if you told your clients that you got rid of their primary pediatrician. Especially since we had appointments scheduled with her in the future!! Now we have to scramble to find a new practice. The practice used to be amazing, but ever since they were bought out by ProHealth it has been terrible!
