ICU, Terrible experience with one nurse
I rarely ever write reviews but this place deserves it. Whoever the 2 women were that first help my mom were awful. I watched them just do things with absolutely no communication or warnings. She’d have her eyes closed and they’d just grab her to start an iv. Or scan the wristband. Stuck a thermometer in her mouth, do I need to mention her eyes were closed. Absolutely no warnings.
