After purchasing Heartguard meds from my local vet, I received a rebate in the mail in the form of a VISA card. We're talking about a $12 rebate now. This frigging card was a nightmare to attempt to use. No Credit, No Debit.....nothing functioned when trying to use card. This may be the preferred solution for Merial to provide a rebate, however, I hardly think your PR was enhanced since the level of aggravation generated by trying to get this paltry $12 rebate far outweighed any goodwill created. IMO
I have several pets in a commune in France of the same name as Merial Limited. As an authority on world peace I count on Front Line research for my guide dog Misty. Living in the 21st century I've noticed a breakdown in communications so as a solution to this crisis I've utilized the materials sent to me on my birthday today to assist in training the various pets in the old ways with grace and compassion. A park nearby called Dolittle in Round Lake, Illinois is the place where we go for a walk and train.
