Wish I could rate a negative number. Can take weeks to reach someone over the phone. I have been requesting the signed copy of my rental agreement for 10 months still no copy. My apartment stove barely works, major plumbing issues, and good luck getting someone to even read your maintenance request on the portal. This is inhabitable.
In regards to Beth Sickel's property American Beauty Mill Lofts in Dallas Texas. Toured with Jessica yesterday and signed today! She was so helpful and wonderful to work with and showed us things we hadn't even asked about! Truly a great place! Highly recommended! Extremely slow to respond, if at all. Overall poor communication. Does not recycle, apparently, as recycling dumpsters have not been emptied since they took over Henderson Flats. Trash piling up outside dumpster, litter all around the apartment complex. Would NOT recommend renting from them, regardless of cost. They have recently taken over our apartments. They do not return calls, emails, or voice messages. Residents are frustrated. We’ve had to reach out to the City of Garland to get any communication from them in regard to code compliance issues. We had a really bad storm a few months ago and there could’ve been prevention if they responded in a timely manner. The ones that were affected with their units damaged had renters insurance cover a few weeks but now it is coming to an end but all their units are inhabitable.
