This is probably the creepiest and rudest management company of an apartment complex I have ever lived in! The rude obnoxious woman named “Caro” has absolutely no business being an apartment manager. I'm moving out of Oram Square after 1.5 years and I cannot wait to never have to deal with this company again. They have NEVER responded to any maintenance requests I've submitted - I just end up handling it myself. When I first moved in, the lights in the hallways were not coming on at night and it took MONTHS of emailing and calling & finally someone falling down the stairs in the dark for them to address it. Terrible response rate. I moved out at oram square over two months ago and they are still trying to charge me rent. In addition they haven’t responded to any of my request about returning my security deposit. I will now have to go to small claims court just to get my deposit. Never rent from any of their properties they are a scam.
