Terrible response rate. I moved out at oram square over two months ago and they are still trying to charge me rent. In addition they haven’t responded to any of my request about returning my security deposit. I will now have to go to small claims court just to get my deposit. Never rent from any of their properties they are a scam.
Not renewing our lease at Woodcreek Apts in Wimberley . Love our manager and maintenance just no tolerance for the policies of Merge Management. Owners beware of this management company.
Wish I could rate a negative number. Can take weeks to reach someone over the phone. I have been requesting the signed copy of my rental agreement for 10 months still no copy. My apartment stove barely works, major plumbing issues, and good luck getting someone to even read your maintenance request on the portal. This is inhabitable.
