We’ve been to United twice now to pickup an order for our client. On both occasions, Jason and his team were attentive, prompt, and made all efforts to get us loaded up and back on the road fast and efficiently. Customer service means everything these days and this team checked all the boxes!
I can't remember if his name was Jason or it started with a J but I'm very thankful for him. He was extremely helpful and kind. Give that man a raise
