All departments provided excellent service including the Food Services. My only complaint is that I do understand the procedure utilized in the transfer of the Patient to OR and then ICU location. I have had several occasions to be a Patient at UPMC within the last two years. In almost all occasions, each departments performed Excellent and I really couldn't ask for or expect any better care.My suggestion would be to consider improvements in the medical beds.In the last few years I have stayed in the hospital overnight 4 tim... read more
