Apart from the poor service, when I asked questions about the quality of their products, they kept quiet and declined to provide answers. When buying jewellery and investing money one has to feel safe and reassured. This wasn’t not the case. They make all sorts of promises, but the follow-up and communication is poor. I took a card from the shop as shown in my review, because I thought I was going to find my product there ànd receive quality service. I would not step back into that jewellery shop at Crows Nest.

Marie is so knowledgeable and has incredible taste I could buy everything in the shop. I’ve taken my son in there. She has helped me pick beautiful good quality silver necklace to suit him with him.. I trust a Marie, she has cleaned my jewelry and repaired it. I would wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus, I also think the store is very reasonably priced and exceptional quality and taste to suit anyone’s needs There is such variety.

I had such a lovely experience here. I brought in two gold necklaces for repair and also found the most beautiful vintage tourmaline ring. Maree was absolutely lovely to deal with — so warm, helpful and genuine. They have a stunning collection of unique pieces. Highly recommend this boutique!

My beautiful custom engagement ring was made by the lovely Sadiq and I couldn't be happier. My partner was guided through the whole process, using rubies and diamonds from some old family jewellery, to design an engagement ring with matching ruby necklaces for my twin daughters. It's the most special jewellery we own and I cannot thank Maree and Sadiq enough for their creativity, and friendliness through the whole process.
