I had my dog boarded for 2 weeks. The price for boarding was great. I probably cannot beat that price anywhere else. My wife went to pick up the dog and I had almost $200.00 in additional charges for blood work they performed. The dog was not feeling because of the food they gave him. I never authorized them to do anything like that. When I questioned them they said they were sorry and should have called me before do anything. They never called me and ran charges up on me. In the past year we have had to have two of our labs put down. Howie and his staff had taken care of them their entire lives. I would just like to say that Howie and his staff showed great compassion to Ranger and Blackie. They were extremely professional and caring and knew how much we, the owners, were hurting.
