After 7 years of sharing my most personal and intimate stories of my life. This woman took the promotion and ran. Didn’t even have the decency to return a phone call to explain or offer any future help where to go. Their office staff is rude and very cold hearted. She is everything wrong with the health care system. Beware, don’t let her soft voice fool you.
She was unable to state that there are only two genders. It's a disturbing world when these are the people who are in charge of helping people. Delusional is not capable of being helpful other than being a powerful example.
