Dr Volle is caring and listens to her patients' concerns. She referred us for a sleep study instead of just prescribing pills like our last pediatrician. She also let us know that there's a pediatric clinic every morning for sick kids, so we don't have to wait for an appointment. Very happy to have switched.
Dr. Volle started off as a great doctor and one of my favorite pediatricians that my kids have seen, but she showed her true colors when she refused to take my 7 month olds sick appointment claiming I was over 15 minutes late when I wasn’t. Fact of the matter is they double booked her latest appointment of the day @ 4:15 with no intentions of being able to realistically cover both.
