The fees, both with CD accounts and loan products, are way, way too high. Their internal rules are the most unreasonable of all the banks I’ve shopped. I wanted to bank locally, but they make it unattractive.

This place employs one of the rudest people I have ever met. Management should definitely take a class on how to be a polite decent person.
