It's a bank..friendly tellers
Great bank and mortgage loan officers (especially Nicole Ames). Helped me with my home loan and all the issues that arose (trust needing updated), referral to a better insurance company and also coordinating the ever changing home closing dates. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home loan from a great loan agent that goes the extra mile for clients. Also love that my loan will not be resold.
The fees, both with CD accounts and loan products, are way, way too high. Their internal rules are the most unreasonable of all the banks I’ve shopped. I wanted to bank locally, but they make it unattractive.
I am incredibly confident NOW that I have had the sincere experience of speaking with Nicolas S. With two imperative and time sensitive concerns. Nicolas, heard my worries and confidently and patiently walked me through the process’ I needed to take to complete my VERY important transactions! What a valuable team member!
