I quite honestly have no idea how this bank is still allowed to be in business. I only bank with them because they were one of the only options for getting a mobile home loan in a park. Things seem to go okay for about a year. Then the problems start. They never paid my homeowners insurance out of escrow the first year it was due, and I had no idea. It's a bank..friendly tellers
Great bank and mortgage loan officers (especially Nicole Ames). Helped me with my home loan and all the issues that arose (trust needing updated), referral to a better insurance company and also coordinating the ever changing home closing dates. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home loan from a great loan agent that goes the extra mile for clients. Also love that my loan will not be resold.
The fees, both with CD accounts and loan products, are way, way too high. Their internal rules are the most unreasonable of all the banks I’ve shopped. I wanted to bank locally, but they make it unattractive.
