Buyers be aware do not do business with this attorney she does not know what customer service it nor how to do her job she will ask you to have IRS call her
I can't edit or delete my previous review, so I am writing another review to amend the previous review. It took 5 weeks, but Marianne followed up with the buyer and was able to get the buyer to comply with the agreement and the law. Marianne is a very nice person and I appreciate her representation and help with the sale of our home.
Marianne Shaver said she would be our representative in a closing transaction where only the buyer had a realtor, and thus was the only one with representation. At the closing table, we were concerned about some terms of agreement that were not in writing. Marianne told the buyer's realtor that the buyer had to take care of those things because she had agreed to them. 5 weeks after closing, those items are still not handled and are not likely to be handled.
