I will NEVER go back to Dr Roaths office and be subjected to her horrible employee Stephanie Tate. She was blatantly rude, condescending, cold and uncompassionate. She acted offended and annoyed the moment she stepped into my room and the crappy look on her face said it all. I'm worried and looking for help and answers to my weight loss and pain and she rudely told me she couldn't help me. Dismissed me. She's uncaring and shouldn't be the face of medical care. I am DONE being a patient.
Office Is is horrible, communication is none, transferred to non working # or no voice mail, weeks of my health care wasted on trying to get appnt when they claimed primary care insurance auth was needed Then told auth was not needed, transferred and told. I don’t know who told you that I asked for office manager and transferred to a non working / no voicemail ext Filing complaint with AL medical board, they refuse to even get office manager on phone or answer
Happy with Dr. Roathe and Stephanie Tate. Glad to have them on my side.
