Just had an exceptionally frustrating experience with the customer service at this office. I attempted multiple times to call and make an appointment, but I kept encountering an unhelpful automated message. I left voicemail requests for a call back, yet no one ever returned my calls. I had two stays at Meredith in Bankstown within a couple months for comprehensive studies, wired up like a switchboard with and without CPAP. Each stay was not only made comfortable by the staff or nurses with their kind demeanour and care but also by the cleanliness of their rooms. At first i thought I'd really miss my own bed next to my wife but after the two stays I am now thinking of excuses to sleep there more often but the issue is, how do I tell the wife. Dr David Freiberg is a fantastic doctor, who is an extremely supportive Doctor. He is knowledgable and cares for his patients. I would highly recommend him as a Doctor.
