Dr. Maxwell refused to see me today (a long standing patient of hers) for being 15 minutes late (thought appt was at time I showed up), even though she would have no problem expecting a patient of hers to wait way more than 15 minutes. I had to pay to park for nothing because she refused to see me. My first impression of her was that she was very abrupt and rude, other visits she was complimentary, but now rude behavior again. What she did today was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
The first time I saw her she was awesome. The second time I saw her she was irritable, annoyed. She made me feel uncomfortable and towards the end of the visit I felt like it was best if I said NOTHING because if I said anything else she would just become more annoyed. Too busy typing on computer, hurried. Just kept referring me to specialist for simple things. I will NOT see her again. She has no bedside manner.
