Dr. Maxey and nurse Kris are the best! they listen to your concerns and address them. i can message them on my chart, and Kris always gets back to me as soon as she can. I've been seeing her for many years now, she is also a pediatrician so my daughter sees her too. my boyfriend and daughters dad also sees her now too so she can have our family history.
Took weeks to get the first appointment only to have her cancel a day before. Rescheduled (for weeks later) and she called and canceled again literally hours before the appointment. Not to mention the multiple times I was left on hold for at least 20 minutes.
Dr. Maxey was so kind to me. She listened intently to everything I said, addressed my concerns, and educated me without being condescending or disrespectful! I would recommend her to anyone!!
I had my first appt. with Dr. Maxey today. She was very attentive and through.
