Dear Dr. Merri,First of all, I do mean "dear" because you have been a wonder in my life. When I first came to you I was in so much pain from years of deteriorated discs- sciatica + scoliosis, I couldnt even roll over in bed without grabbing a pajama leg help move my legs because of the pain. I had serious neck pain for approximately two years before seeking help. I was having to take a pain reliever every night to help me rest comfortably. I had seen a neck specialist for several months, took physical therapy, acupuncture and even had a steroid shot. I was almost convinced that nothing was going to help me.
