If you are Meredith’s client, she might be fine. However, if you are on the other side and are selling your home, I would highly recommend finding a buyer represented by a more professional, experienced and just overall kinder realtor. Meredith was a nightmare to work with on our end. She was misleading, rude, and behaved as though we were all at war, as opposed to two parties coming to a mutual agreement on a home.
