Dr. Heberer performed by gall bladder removal and it left barely any scarring. No straight lines in my scars. The surgery was done very impressively. I was in ICU afterwards, but the surgery was very smooth. She fit me into her busy schedule and I'm so lucky she was my surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Heberer!
Dr. Heberer was unprofessional. She spoke loudly outside the patient room to her student before coming in. She told the student she wouldn’t address some of my concerns at this particular visit. In the exam room she examined the wrong breast (have a lump in the left and she only examined the right) and she commented to her student that it was easier to feel when I was sitting up. I am not sure what she was feeling since the lump was in the other breast.
Dr. Heberer and her staff were professional, prompt, amd knowledgeable. My appointments and surgery kept to the schedule discussed amd I was never kept waiting unnecessarily.. While surgery is never pleasant, Dr. Heberer made the experience problem free and positive.
Dr Heberer is fantastic! She really cares about her patients. I am very thankful for her. She is compassionate, caring, and to the point, which is a wonderful trait for a surgeon. (In my opinion) I feel very blessed to have had Dr Heberer as my surgeon. She is my Superwoman!
Dr. Heberer and her staff are top-knotch professionals. I am so impressed by this group. Dr. H is really a great doctor and I'm so grateful to have found her in a town that is notoriously difficult to find doctors.
