Horrible experience! Bought a recliner with the BOGO recliner promotion. An hour after purchase looked up the recliner on their website and it was listed for $400 less than our buying price for “one” recliner. Turns out the BOGO promotion is really just them jacking up the price. In all reality we were paying for 2 recliners at regular price, not getting anything free! False advertisement at its finest, got our refund and will never shop here again!

Truly sub-par service, I could even safely say a bit of lying was employed in my situation ( only because no one could be so ignorant or uninformed). Here's my experience with Meredith furniture. On 12-17-15, I purchased $4,600.00 worth of Lane Summerlin reclining sofa, recliner and reclining loveseat. Sofa wore out between 2016 and 2013. Fabric just lost its substance, growing thin. Mike, the salesman, was sarcastic when I called, asking if he should have said it wouldn't stand up to a meteorite? What he said when we bought it (basically just omitting information so he could claim honesty) and how it actually performed was miles apart. Poor, poor, poor customer service and a nasty attitude.
Matt is an outstanding guy!!! He will treat you right, and help guid you into the right situation for you're needs. Highly suggest working with Matt!
