Dr. Rishwain has been our family doctor for several years now. She is a wonderful provider. She makes our family feel comfortable, welcome and always spends the time during our apts to care for us thoroughly. Her bedside manner is professional but when working with the kids a touch playful as well. We recommend her 100%!
I have always had great experiences with Dr.Rishwain but today I was really disappointed. I was called by the office and asked to switch my appointment. I told them I was happy to do so but I’d have to bring my 2 kids under 3 at their other available time. They told me she has two little ones and would be understanding. Today I fought my children to get up and drove them 29 minutes to the appointment. It was not fun. I called ahead and let them know I’d be 10 minutes late.
