Was a patient, have since moved on to a better provider. Prescriptions were fouled up twice in a row, caused me to go without medication for a short period. Had to work with another Dr. at Virginia Mason to get my medications because Dr. Marcos was on vacation. Mistakes happen, but twice in a row with a medicine delay because of it? Unacceptable.
