We still live in this apartment and where any requests for maintenance follow up after more than a month sometimes never or we have requested them to clean pigeon poops in the balcony and it is more than 6 months no action taken, but they would charge all the fees that they could from the tenants, they are so greedy
Absolutely do not rent here, they will show you a renovated unit and get you to sign everything before giving you the oldest beat up unit available. The worker who helped us just kept laughing about it and said “that’s marketing” and was absolutely no help at all. These people don’t care about their tenants and they will lie through their teeth.
From the first day we came to see the apartments the attention is very good, the manager explained everything very well, values and conditions, it is a quiet building. DO NOT MOVE HERE – Tenants Deserve Better Living here was one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. What starts with smiles and polite promises turns into frustration, disrespect, and blatant exploitation. I had a very bad experience with the maintenance service. Even after reporting an issue, it takes about three months for them to respond. They give a 24-hour notice, but they never come on the date mentioned. I have experienced this with every single notice. The service is extremely slow and completely unreliable. I recommend finding a better apartment with faster and more reliable maintenance.
