maintenance services are literally slow,I requested for maintenance for my washing machine, it had been more than 45 days ,no one is responding ,tried calling apartments office and call centre, everyone is lying saying today or tomorrow , same with dishwasher maintenance before , it might take months some times to resolve daily appliances repairs . Please be careful before joining in this community.
I've had a really good experience living at Merecroft Gardens. The property is in a convenient location, and the building and surrounding area are well maintained. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The management and maintenance team have also been helpful and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. I especially appreciate how quickly maintenance concerns are addressed. Clean and well-maintained building. Spacious rooms with good natural light. Quiet and safe neighborhoods. Responsive property manager Mandeep and maintenance team as well.
I recently moved into this apartment, and my experience has been excellent so far. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The management team(Mandeep) has been professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and they were always available to answer my questions.
