Mere designs aka Lisa Spencer is a con artist. She uses unethical business practices. Case in point I paid her to do a small construction project in my home. I paid her for 2 specific items that were included in her price estimate for the project. When she presented me with a final invoice for two items not previously invoiced, I questioned her about the funds I had already paid her which would be offset by these credits. Of the $11, ****** I paid *********************** (including ordering a sofa in the amount of $2365 and Luminette *************************** blinds in the amount of $6044) she owes me $9351. The sofa and blinds were never ordered although she kept the money I paid in full and other services she was hired to do were incomplete or poorly done.
