You guys need to get your crap together. I scheduled appointments for everyone in my household for today over a week ago. I called this morning needing to reschedule and they stated that I didn't have any appointments set today, I received a call an hour ago and several text messages to confirm that I arrived for my appointment today. I'm so confused. Clearly I had an appointment today for everyone in my household. We will not be using this clinic.
I actually feel heard at this location. Doctors take the time to listen to you and are willing to include you In discussion making. Let me ask you what you would like to do And not tell you what you should do, but also explain the information thoroughly.So that you can make an informed choice.

I have to live my life with a torn tendon. Mery Jo basically ended my leave so I had to cancel all my appointments and now they won't talk to me.
