I have been receiving physical therapy from Brittany Kleinschmit at MercyOne Waukee Physical Therapy. Ms. Kleinschmit is patient, understanding, observant and very well trained, with a Clinical Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. She has shown an understanding of not only the routine exercises, but what allowances have to be made for previous disability. FIRST OF ALL MY ORIGINAL PHYSICAL THERAPIST WENT ON MATERNITY LEAVE,AND SO THE ONE THAT WAS SCHEDULED TO FILL HER SPOT WITH MY APPOINTMENTS QUIT OR SOMETHING. SO I HAD ONE TIME SOME LADY DON'T EVEN KNOW HER NAME WAS VERY SNOBBY WITH ME. SO I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR OVER A MONTH NOW!! SO ON FRIDAY THE 13TH THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICE DOG THAT BARKED AND THE WHOLE BUILDING WAS GOING CRAZY!!
