The absolute worst experience. First ER visit was very bad with rude doctor "I'm here for life and limbs" and 2nd ER visit, same dr, different attitude after our first interaction; 3rd visit today- trust for duty of care 0/10, wanting that ER insurance money 1000/10 Hospital administration will be getting documentation for this pathetic situation

they asked me what race I am; no I'm not Hispanic what a shock... too bad I'm not the same race as Bryan Kohberger...sorry for not being eye candy for your nurses

I asked the staff about 3 times for food or drink. Not one of them came back to tell me that I couldn’t eat because of a possibility of procedure in am. This was 5pm when i first requested. Most procedures is NPO after midnight. Communication is a must or you get upset people, like me!

The nursing staff especially my nurse tonight is amazing. Emergency rooms can make you feel silly for coming in. But my nurse tiara was the kindest most empathetic woman I have ever met she made me feel heard and truly cared about. Someone who has had 14 surgeries a good nurse makes all the difference. I was here on Saturday night as well. The staff here are amazing and the only hospital I would visit again. Thank you K. Chapman and tiera the best nurse I have ever met
