Feel most of the nurses in obgyn at both locations west 9th 4th floor and kings dr hate there jobs!! The nurses that I dealt with were disrespectful, rude and didnt know how to look at my information before my appt.Everytime I came in would ask why im there and what my appt was for and if I was in the right area every appt?! I had to ask dont you have all this information on your computers?? Their Horizons program is absolutely awful. They think it is acceptable to admit somebody from the hospital (with full knowledge of patient's capabilities) into the Horizons program and then send them home 12 hours later with the excuse that he "wouldn't be strong enough for their program". They sent my father home with NO discharge instructions, did not send his medications to the pharmacy, and left him with no follow up care or referrals. RecommendedMy father sadly passed away thanksgiving afternoon in MercyOne’s ICU despite all efforts to treat him. I would like to thank the dr’s, nurses, and CNA’s that took care of him. No matter who I spoke to, no matter day or night, they were always kind and understanding.
Yesterday afternoon I had my gal bladder out!! Your Staff are All Amazing and Wonderful!! Especially your Nurses are the Best!! They are kind, helpful, and caring!! All of them-from pre-surgery, to surgery, to after surgery!! I read All their name tags but sorry I do not remember their names now!! They serve a big shout out and Thank you!! Thank you for All that you All do!! 😀❤️
It appears they are also affiliated with Milwaukee Radiologists. $800 for two xrays and a demand letter to pay upon receipt for my first bill. I see the administrators live very lavish lifestyles and aren't feeling the pinch most Americans are feeling.
Recommend Dr. Sharma, endocrinologist and Dr Michelle Craig, in clinic. Both are very comprehensive and thorough.

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Human Resources and colleague health and safety were VERY unprofessional. I had a knee injury on the job and ended up getting fired for it. I would not recommend Mercy One to ANYONE.
