I was referred to this clinic. I wasn't available when they called to set up an appointment. When I tried to call them back, the line rang and rang for over 20 minutes with no one answering. I finally gave up. Gonna see if our Pediatrician can refer us to somewhere else.
I have never spoken to a more rude scheduling person than the one at Mercy's specialty clinic in Des Moines. She doesn't deserve to be in customer service.
