Check in was super quick and my nurse was very nice and efficient. I’m not great with needles and she was absolutely amazing!
You know when you can tell when somebody's giving you good customer service versus somebody who's giving you fake good customer service... You can just tell that these women behind the counter are not genuine... It's the tone of voice It's the body language a lot goes in the communication other than words.. The communication is being sent across the counter is we're being friendly cuz we have to be but we really don't mean it

Came in for a work injury, nurse practitioner acted like I was fine. Literally didn't even look at my injury, told me nothing to relieve the pain or anything. Made feel as though I was just trying to abuse the system and I just had a sore back and I'd get over it. Would never recommend this place, luckily I got to go to a specialist who actually cared
