Rude receptionist. She was not aware the school was paying the DOT physical and said...now I have to start all over. You need to say that when you schedule the appi. Nevermind it's been the same place same time years.
Very rude staff in the back. Took my husband in cause a hammer fell on his eye at work. Front desk very nice. The lady that took him back very rude and hateful. Wouldn’t allow me to go back with him fine but the way she said it and her response when he said it’s my wife was very off putting for sure. She needs to learn how to talk to patients and their loved ones.
Check in was super quick and my nurse was very nice and efficient. I’m not great with needles and she was absolutely amazing!
You know when you can tell when somebody's giving you good customer service versus somebody who's giving you fake good customer service... You can just tell that these women behind the counter are not genuine... It's the tone of voice It's the body language a lot goes in the communication other than words.. The communication is being sent across the counter is we're being friendly cuz we have to be but we really don't mean it
