Haliegh and Jill are great. The issue is having any emergency or illness causing you to call to cancel an appt. Makes them take you off the schedule and you can longer be seen . This has happened 3 times to me. I'm sorry I have other health issues. I'm sorry my son was life flighted to des moines. I'm sorry a snow storm blew in. I hope haliegh and Jill find a better clinic to work for

Dont have life come up or have continued medical or issues or they push you right out the door. Therapists dont follow through on contacting primary dr with care suggestions. Will never recommend them to anyone

While my therapist was completely awesome my review is based on the receptionist. I was told at my last appointment that they were requesting more visits for me from my insurance. After 2 weeks I received a letter from my insurance stating I was approved more visits but they had to be all in one day. After talking to the receptionist on the phone I was told she put the wrong dates in the request.
