I brought my mother into the ER after she fell down 7-8 concrete stairs striking her head on a concrete wall. She had an obvious head injury as there was a lot of swelling. She was seen by Dr. Ahluwalia. First he did not introduce himself and began just examining her head. The receptionist had marked it as a head laceration to which he responded “it’s not a laceration it’s more of a scrape.” My mother and I both mentioned she had scattered abrasions on her leg with some bruising, but little pain. Avoid this place at all costs. They will not figure out what is wrong with you. They will just treat whatever symptoms you are currently having. They will add charges to your bill for things they didn't do. I'm not sure if they even know what patient care is.
This is the worst Hospital ive ever been to in my life. Left me bleeding in a room for 45 minutes when I cut my finger off and then told me they didn't have a tetnis shot. Didn't clean my wound or wrap it. I'll never return. This hospital doesn't deserve the Grant they're trying to get. It needs shut down permanently. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your Money Folks
So far waited two hours to have a doctor look at my daughter and no one has even come in to see her
I would have given it a zero! But in the middle of the shift I got Dr. Ferguson and instead of treating me like I had some ulterior motive He actually worked on me being sick. I was very sick but up until that point everyone was treating me horrible. He gave me respect like all doctors should do, the doctor before him was absolutely awful.
