The staff here once treated me incredible. The following night I was in so much pain, I couldn't function. The staff was incredibly hurtful and spoke poorly about me in condescending tones within earshot while neglecting my needs the entire 24 hours I was admitted. If you value your care, and want people who aren't snobby little high school girls responsible for you when you're in the worst pain of your life. I would avoid this place at all costs. If I can give zero star I would, worst decision ever choosing this hospital I should have went to the hospitals in Des Moines Iowa. There quick to take money and add unnecessary tests just to add up the bill but do nothing but laugh and joke around with colleagues. I recommended shut down and retrain staff and relocate to different parts of the state and work there. I feel bad for the elderly that have no other options but to come here, if I was your loved ones and my grandparents didn't get the help they need and got infect... read more

I wouldn't even give the hospital one star. The ER is a waste. You wait hours, barely have a nurse or doctor. You call the button for help and noone comes. We called them 2x and asked for someone to come in and noone came. Her BP was 151/105 and she had numbness in her legs. Noone came in. She had to go to the bathroom after being here for over 5 hrs and noone came to help. I had to unhook her O2 and everything and take her. I barely got her back in bed and got her oxygen back on. Ridiculously slow. Plan on at least a 5hr wait no matter what your condition is.
