Hostile nurse, rude and condescending male surgeon. Absolutely do not recommend. Go somewhere else, trust me.
I have been trying to set a appointment with neurosurgeon since I was originally recommended for surgery. I wanted to insure they had all records from beginning until now before making the initial appointment due to the length of my drive and so they could understand my concerns about the matter with my health care. I have a distrust issues with health care because of it. Refused our ADA requested accommodation related to my husband's hearing impairment to allow me to come in with him (even if I was masked and temperature checked). Only allowed accommodation if patient doesn't speak English. Covid-19 or not, THIS IS NOT OK. My husband has had one previous appointment with Dr Spellman prior to Covid-19 pandemic and would rate that appointment/care at that time with a 5-star.
