My dr was retiring so after lots of searching I decided to see Kylie Bundt on Kimball in Waterloo. I had just had surgery and I didn't have first apt until 12/9. So I called to see if I could get an earlier apt cause I thought I may have a UTI. My husband took me to the clinic and I use a cane/walker. Been a week without medicine. Had to do a physical. Came in on Wednesday and did it. Didn't fax it by Friday morning. I called and the triage lady said the nurse will surely have it faxed by this evening. Called my pharmacy and nothing. I hate leaving bad reviews but they could handle this situation much better on many different levels.
Best group of Doctors, Nurses and PAs in the area!
The absolute worst,and most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. Constantly changing doctors and messing up medication.
