RUN!! After receiving care from another cardiology provider, I was informed that my implantable loop recorder was PLACED INCORRECTLY inside my body. That's right. I went through the agony and trauma of placement, which is an awake surgery, only to learn that it wasn't optimally placed and therefore didn't acquire data as it could have. Unbelievable. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. My mom has been without her heart medication because you can never get anyone on the phone. Literally no one ever answers. The won’t even get back with the damn pharmacy. If you want real care and to make sure you get your prescriptions you are supposed to have don’t go here!
Had appointment scheduled said their camera broke down so they rescheduled for about two months later if you’ve got heart problems you don’t wanna mess around with these people then they’ll put you on hold while they go to lunch. Apparently, I was on hold for 32 minutes and still no one answered I just finally hung up!
