In waiting room had to tell both receptionists to stop talking about the patient they were trying to call due to being hung up. Some people don’t deal well with having a condition that will kill them. Respect.
I earlier used this practice with Dr. Berry & loved him years ago. Now with exacerbation of my asthma am back and saw Dr. Cunningham. He is an excellent pulmonologist. He was very thorough, answered all my questions. He provided insight into my ongoing bronchitis/pneumonia. But, most of all gave me a plan prescribing medication, instructions on my care & follow up appointment. 20 minutes on hold waiting to speak to anybody, it’s like this at every single mercyone place i try to get ahold of
I've been trying to get an appointment with them to treat my latent TB as it's holding up my ability to receive critical medications to manage my disease, as well as receive my needed surgery. Referral was sent 2 weeks ago and they have no interest in actually providing feedback on what's needed to schedule an appointment and refuse to schedule me an appointment even when I call directly, which I have at least 6 times now in the past week.
