Very very hard to get ahold of anyone to schedule. I just waited 10 minutes on hold and then hung up. I've been playing phone tag for a week. Not good customer service!!
In waiting room had to tell both receptionists to stop talking about the patient they were trying to call due to being hung up. Some people don’t deal well with having a condition that will kill them. Respect.
I earlier used this practice with Dr. Berry & loved him years ago. Now with exacerbation of my asthma am back and saw Dr. Cunningham. He is an excellent pulmonologist. He was very thorough, answered all my questions. He provided insight into my ongoing bronchitis/pneumonia. But, most of all gave me a plan prescribing medication, instructions on my care & follow up appointment. I have been a critical care nurse for 40 yr. & worked with these Dr. professionally, closely during that time. I am so grateful to get such great expe... read more
