If I could give them a zero rating I would! I didn't realize it was complicated to send a bill every month. I also didn't realize it was appropriate for staff to hang up on you when you request the information needed to get your bill paid. Also, when someone pays their bills, it is not ok to apply them to the wrong account. Can people just do their jobs anymore? If they can't meet job requirements, you fire them. Quit reinventing the wheel and making something so simple be complicated!

Just received a text saying I owe money from 2021?!?! Seems fishy to me. Not paying and hopefully I can talk to someone who can make this right.

I have actually stopped taking my family to all mercyone providers because of all of the billing issues they have caused over the years. This is not just a one time issue. There is always something. There have been several errors in billing on their side. The most recent issue they said there was an error due to improper billing codes and this is why there was a 700 charge for a covered wellchild visit. In my case they sent bills with out full explanations and before insurance had fully processed.

If you close early on Friday, please just say so. I've tried several phone calls since 3:45pm and have only gotten voicemail. I was just trying to make a quick payment to wrap up the week nicely. It must've been too close to 4pm.
