Called in November of '25. Got some statements figured out. Two accounts, though were messed up but they couldn't help me because they were switching to Trinity and a new computer system. Called late December. Got switched from one department to another who couldn't help me and wanted to call the previous department. This second department had the new system but no history. What a crock. Bureaucratic hell and no one cares.
Never got a bill and my credit score randomly tanked because they sent a balance to collections??? Cant get ahold of anyone
MercyOne billing has no idea what they are doing. I gave them my insurance information 2 times for an ER visit and then get a bill for $9000 saying I don't have insurance on file. I give them my insurance AGAIN and then get a $1900 bill. Funny though that I never saw a claim on my insurance portal and that bill is higher than my max out of pocket expenses through insurance. My insurance calls Mercy billing and weirdly enough, they are all of a sudden able to submit the claim to insurance and say to disregard the old bill. Me... read more
