Very rude receptionist. Has no customer service skills and treats parents poorly. Please get someone else to do her job or maybe we need to seek care else where.

Receptionist can’t seem to do their job. Been trying for two weeks to get my son established as a new patient. Can’t get a call back even with 5 messages left. Last time I was here my other son was over dosed by one of their doctors. All I need is the referral to Iowa city but can’t even get in the door for that. Do not bring your children here!!

The receptionist over the phone was rude, argumentative, and was not willing to listen. She was more interested in arguing with me over what I needed for my son rather than helping. It’s unfortunate this is the neurologist office he was referred to. The doctor and nurses are great, just the receptionist are awful.

Receptionists are extremely RUDE!! I called a total of 4 different times and they wouldn’t answer any of my questions instead would argue over the phone with me. I had to drive 2 hours away to talk to someone else who would listen and answer my questions. I got referred here. They are extremely rude and it’s sad that they treat people this way especially working in a pediatric neurology clinic!! DO BETTER.
